OUTAGE RESOLVED: All services have been restored and tested by OIT Voice Services. Each affected area has been notified.
ACD agents utilizing the Cisco VoIP UCCE environment experienced an interruption this morning starting at approximately 9:15AM. A server issue resulted in the users phone devices re-homing to a secondary server. Currently affected areas are coming back online.
