In preparation for the decommissioning of our legacy telephone switches, the phone service provider, Frontier, must perform maintenance on our service over the next few weeks.
The service periods will run overnight, from 7 p.m. each night to 7 a.m. the next morning, starting on Tuesday, June 28, and ending on Thursday, July 14.
Momentary interruptions in service to individual phone numbers may occur each night, during which outside callers may not be able to reach the number in question. The carrier performs this kind of maintenance on a regular basis, and we have never had complaints about loss of service.
