OUTAGE RESOLVED: All services have been restored utilizing alternate routes. The fiber repair work to correct the damage is still ongoing.
Duke Hospital, PRMO and other remote clinics are currently experiencing an Internet outage. This is also affecting VoIP phones for PRMO. OIT and DHTS are currently working to identify and resolve the issue.

UPDATE: A duct bank has been damaged, severing fiber into Duke Hospital. Fiber repair preparations have been made but not ETA has been established.
Services impacted include:
Internet, Cable TV and Card Readers for Duke North and South Hospital
VoIP Phones for Duke South Clinics and PRMO
