SERVICE DEGRADATION RESOLVED: Message indicator is functioning properly after synchronization was completed.
Users on the legacy Unity Voicemail Application are experiencing issues with the message waiting indicator (MWI). The indicator is not properly recognizing when a message is received or retrieved. A synchronization is in progress to resolve the issue and it could take a few hours to complete. During this time all other voicemail functionality is available to the end users.
