Your monthly OIT statement reflects all recurring and one-time services charged to your cost center. We mail the statement to the cost center's business owner, who is defined in SAP. OIT cannot change a cost center's business owner.

In the call detail portion of your OIT statement, the "CPT" column indicates the class, period and type of each long distance call. The current tax rates are 6% on calls within NC and 12.6% on calls to the rest of the U.S. Note that for calls placed to a department's toll free number, the "Number Called" column reflects the originating telephone number.
