The Link
The Link is an innovative teaching and learning facility located on the lower level of Perkins Library. The OIT Service Desk offers walk-up computer help at the Link, allowing students to bring their laptops directly to IT support professionals for diagnostics and service. Student Workers Assisting with Technology (SWAT)
SWAT is a group of technically trained students dedicated to helping their peers with computer problems. During your first few days at Duke, SWAT will be available in the East Union Building to provide free support for those with computer questions and problems and to help students connect to the Duke network.
