New certificate available for VPN users

Some VPN users may have experienced problems connecting to the University VPN client, specifically Mac users. In order to ensure the continued security and peak performance of the Duke VPN client, all users need to manually import the newest security certificate into their VPN client.

To import the certificate, please follow these instructions. If you need help or continue to have connectivity issues, please contact the OIT Service Desk at 684-2200.
