NetID Password Reset

To have your NetID password reset, do one of the following:

  • Call the OIT Service Desk at (919) 684-2200 or the DHTS Help Desk at (919) 684-2243.
  • Visit the OIT Service Desk in Room 02C Bryan Center.
  • Fax a NetID Password Reset Form with a copy of a photo ID to (919) 684-4400.

Also, you should set up your Challenge/Response Verification questions. If you have not established those questions, please visit Online@Duke to do so.

RACF Account Request

To request an RACF account, print, fill out and submit the Host User registration request form. Fax the form to (919) 668-2931.
