The Office of Information Technology (OIT) offers both free pre-scheduled Technology Seminars and OnDemand Training to support Duke Academic needs and assist the university community in using OIT Specific Tools. Information about each of these services is listed below.

Free Technology Training Seminars

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides a free series of seminars on a variety of information technology topics. All seminars are free of charge and open to Duke students, staff and faculty.

Learn IT @ Lunch Seminar Series 

The  Learn IT @ Lunch series is designed to be an opportunity for you to learn about technology directly from Duke IT Staff. Each session will includes a presentation followed by a Q & A session in a relaxed lunch environment. All Duke students, staff and faculty are welcome to participate.

  • No preregistration is required.
  • Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.

OnDemand Training

OnDemand Training allows Duke staff, faculty and student groups to provide their group with just-in-time technology training. Our technology training coordinator will work with you to schedule a training session that meets your group or course needs.
