Windows 2003 Server (Web, Standard, Enterprise and DataCenter)
It has been reported that on some Windows computers, the DST patch will clear the check box for Automatically Adjust for Daylight Saving Time. In one case, the box was still checked, but had to be cleared and rechecked to restore DST functionality.

It has been reported that on some Windows computers, the DST patch will clear the check box for Automatically Adjust for Daylight Saving Time. In one case, the box was still checked, but had to be cleared and rechecked to restore DST functionality.
The time servers deliver UTC time to end hosts, which are responsible for mapping this to the local timezone. Therefore the timezone change does not have an impact on this service.
