If you have previously set up challenge/response verification (CRV) questions, you can reset your password at https://pwreset.oit.duke.edu or call the OIT Service Desk at (919) 684-2200 to verify your CRV questions. The Service Desk will then send an activation email to reset your password. If you have not set up CRV questions, please email help@duke.edu with a completed NetID Password Reset Form or submit the form via fax. The completed form will need to be accompanied by a copy of your photo ID. You also can visit the Link in Perkins Library with a valid photo ID
