Duke University Procurement Services uses GE Capital's PARIS software (Purchasing Accounting Reporting Information System) to manage procurement card purchases. PARIS software is deployed on Citrix MetaFrame, which is a variant of the Windows NT Server operating system. The Citrix client utilizes thin-client technology to allow the MetaFrame server to "do the work" while the client computer reaps the performance gains. Citrix MetaFrame improves the performance and stability of the PARIS application.
To use PARIS, you will need a Citrix ID. Click here to request an ID.
