Remedy at Duke University
The Remedy development platform is used at Duke for several applications and projects, including the Duke University Networked Knowledgbase (DUNK), which allows the Duke community to search for answers to technical questions online, and the Remedy request tracking system used by the OIT, DHTS and several other campus help desks. The system also supports related projects, such as change management tracking and data reporting.
The Remedy environment has a routine maintenance window every other Saturday from 9 a.m. till noon. During this time, one or more Remedy components may be unavailable. For the most current information about the use of these maintenance windows, visit the Remedy@Duke wiki. If you have any questions about Remedy maintenance, please send them to remedy-users@duke.edu.
