What is ePrint and how do I use it?
The ePrint print management system allows users to print to many printers across campus. See Printing with ePrint for instructions on installing and using ePrint, for information on costs and quotas, and for guidelines for use.
How do I print from a Linux workstation in an OIT lab?
ePrint is automatically configured as the default printer in all OIT workstations, and will appear by default when you choose Print in any GUI application. From the command line, use lpr filename, where filename is the name of the document you wish to print.
How do I print from my own Linux or Unix system?

How do I cancel a print job?
Your ePrint job will automatically be cancelled if you have not printed it within 12 hours.
My print job failed. Can I reprint a job without sending it from my computer again?
How do I print on both sides of the paper?

If you are connected to the Duke network, you can send a job to ePrint and retrieve it from an ePrint station. If you are not on campus (and therefore not on the network), you will have to connect to the network first using Duke's virtual private network client.
