Requesting a New ePrint Location

Public/academic spaces and residence halls

Faculty, staff or students should submit requests for new ePrint stations to the OIT Service Desk.
 
These requests are evaluated for:

  • Approval from building manager (for public/academic spaces) or Residence Life (for residence spaces)
  • Anticipated print volume
  • Accessibility for all students, staff and faculty
  • Proximity to other ePrint stations
  • Space for storage of supplies
  • Availability of power and data ports
  • Accessibility for essential OIT Staff

OIT will evaluate the request and respond within three business days. If the request is approved, OIT will provide supplies and full support for all printers at this location.

  • Department’s willingness to provide fund devices
  • Department’s willingness to fund supplies
  • Availability of power and data ports
  • Space for storage of supplies
  • Accessibilty for essential OIT staff 

OIT will evaluate the request and respond within three business days.  If the request is approved, OIT will provide sytem and application support only at this location.
