Director, Administration & Finance

Lew Kellogg is the Director of Administration and Finance for the Office of Information Technology at Duke University. The Administration and Finance organization works collaboratively and inclusively with other OIT groups to provide administrative support, business analysis and support, facilities management, project management and consulting services to OIT.

Before coming to Duke, Lew served as a senior consultant for Wipro Technologies, the leading provider of integrated business, technology and process solutions on a global delivery platform and the world's first CMMi Level 5 certified software services company. In this role, he provided strategic technology and business consulting services focused on building technology capabilities and achieving business objectives. Lew also worked as a senior principle at American Management Systems (now CGI), a business and technology consulting company based in Fairfax, Va. There he served as an SME for the Global Energy and Utilities vertical with a focus on Enterprise Application integration strategies.

Prior to consulting, Lew was the Director of Technical Services for Progress Energy, one of the largest energy utility companies in the U.S. and a Fortune 250 member. There, his organization provided technical support and financial management for a broad range of technologies and projects, including database management and design, security, systems integration, application development technologies, software engineering, desktop technologies and performance and reliability.

Lew has a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
