Change Management

OIT's Change Advisory Board reviews all proposed changes and advises about scheduling, avoidance of conflicts, appropriate levels of communication and customer support, and proper deployment of resources (storage, hosting, networking, etc.) to support significant changes.

Service Operations Center

OIT services are managed and monitored 24x7 through the Service Operations Center (SOC) and its ancillary supporting groups. The SOC provides service monitoring, incident management and coordination and fulfillment of routine changes and service requests during and after business hours.

OIT Metrics

OIT's metrics program identifies, analyzes and reports service measures that help the organization make timely decisions, improve accountability and demonstrate value, and helps OIT managers identify areas for improvement based on information gained from metrics.
