Administrative Support

Administrative Support provides centralized administrative, facilities management and purchasing services. OIT staff assistants facilitate employee travel arrangements and reimbursements, catered events and meetings, office supply orders, A/V support for conference rooms and much more. Finance Operations

Finance Operations partners with OIT's operational managers to help them best utilize the resources available at OIT and Duke. The group works closely with central Duke University offices-such as the budget office, procurement and accounts payable-to serve as OIT's primary point of contact for central business and financial functions.

Project & Consulting Services

Project & Consulting Services (the Project Office) offers project management methodology and consulting to project teams, operational areas and cross-functional groups in OIT. The group helps establish methods and tools within OIT based on industry standards and best practices, and provides guidance to project managers and teams throughout the organization, based on the OIT Project Management Methodology. The group also provides project managers to lead or advise on complex projects, and consultation and facilitation services to help OIT groups manage change, improve organizational effectiveness and enhance their capabilities.
