IT Alerts and Updates
There are a few ways to stay up to date about unplanned service interruptions, planned maintenance and service enhancements. Read the descriptions below and get connected.
IT alerts
Receive information about service interruptions — even about issues under investigation as soon as we know about them — and periodic updates throughout the life of the problem. Stay informed with:
- IT Alerts RSS feed
- IT Alerts listserv
- IT Alerts page, where we show current alerts, planned alerts and recently closed alerts
Planned maintenance
To stay informed about upcoming maintenance, go to the IT Alerts page and look for "Planned Alerts."
Service updates
Receive information about updates and improvements to services as soon as they are announced. To stay informed:
- Service Updates RSS feed
- See the most-recent service updates listed on the OIT home page, on the right side of the gray bar, next to OIT News.
- Use the Service Updates page, which lists all updates, with the most recent first.
